Do I need recruitment experience to join?
Not necessarily. Research skill, curiosity and the discipline to verify rather than assume matter more than agency years. Several of our strongest researchers came from market research, journalism and library and information science.
Is there a commission structure?
No, and that is deliberate. We are not paid placement commission, so we do not pay it either. Compensation is salary plus a performance bonus tied to research quality and client outcomes, not to how many people you got over the line this quarter.
Can I work remotely?
Research and out-of-hours roles can be fully remote within the UK. Client-facing consultant roles are London-based with hybrid working, because scoping conversations go better in a room.
