How Audentia Research handles personal data — yours, and that of the professionals we identify during talent research. Written to be read rather than to be survived.
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts. We hold personal data in two circumstances: when you contact us, and when we identify a professional during talent research commissioned by a client.
In both cases we operate under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, hold only what is needed, and act on erasure requests without argument.
Who we are

This website collects nothing
It is worth stating plainly, because it is unusual. audentiaresearch.co.uk sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts and makes no external requests. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no heatmap tool. Fonts and icons are served from your own device or from this site, not from a content delivery network.
The practical consequence: if you read this site without contacting us, we do not know you were here. The fee calculator runs entirely in your browser and transmits nothing.
Our web host maintains standard server logs containing IP address, timestamp and requested URL, as every web server does. Those are used for security and troubleshooting only and are not linked to any individual.
When you contact us

Personal data we hold as part of talent research
This is the part of our work that most obviously involves personal data, and we would rather explain it clearly than bury it.
When a client commissions research into a talent market, we identify professionals who meet the agreed brief. For each we may hold a name, current employer, job title, professional scope, location, publicly available professional history and, where relevant, business contact details. Where we approach someone, we also record the fact and substance of that contact.

Your rights under UK GDPR
Whether you contacted us or we identified you during research, you have the right to:
- be told what personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data erased
- restrict how we process it
- object to processing carried out under legitimate interests
- receive your data in a portable format, where applicable
- complain to the Information Commissioner's Office
To exercise any of these, email sales@audentiaresearch.com with the subject “Data request”. We respond within one month, which is the statutory maximum and considerably longer than we normally take.
Where your data is held
Audentia Research operates from London and maintains a research operation in Mumbai, India. Personal data may therefore be accessed by our research team in India. Those transfers are made under appropriate safeguards, including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and the same standards of minimisation, security and retention apply wherever the data is handled.
Security
Access to client project data is restricted to the researchers and consultants working on that project. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, access is controlled and logged, and project data is deleted on the agreed retention schedule rather than accumulating indefinitely.

Does this website use cookies?
No. There are no cookies of any kind on audentiaresearch.co.uk — no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no preference cookies. That is why you are not seeing a consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Do you use Google Analytics or any tracking?
No. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no advertising pixel, no heatmap tool and no third-party script of any kind. The site loads no resources from any external domain. You can verify this by viewing the page source.
How did you get my details if I have never contacted you?
If you are a professional we have identified during talent research, we hold limited business information relevant to a client brief. We will tell you on first contact who we are and why we hold it, and you can ask us to erase it at any time — we will, without argument.
How do I ask what you hold about me?
Email sales@audentiaresearch.com with the subject “Data request”. We respond within one month as UK GDPR requires, and usually much faster.
Can I complain to the regulator?
Yes. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you raised it with us first so we can fix it, but it is entirely your right to go straight there.
